Purpose of the processing of personal data
Your name and surname, your e-mail and your telephone number together with the data that you spontaneously enter in the message and possibly attach in your CV will be processed exclusively for personnel selection activities.
The data processing responds to the execution of pre-contractual measures (art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the GDPR); the provision of data is necessary to be able to participate in the ARIES selection activity and failure to provide it will make it impossible for ARIES to select your application.
Transfer of data to third countries
No transfer of your data to non-EU countries is foreseen.
Data retention period
Your CV will be kept in paper format for a maximum of 6 months from receipt then, in the event of an employment relationship not being finalised, subsequently cancelled.
Recipients of the treatment
The data will be processed internally by employees authorized for such processing.
Furthermore, the data may be made known to IT consultants for occasional assistance and maintenance of the website.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the owner for access to the data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing or to oppose the processing of the data, in addition to the right to data portability, under the conditions established by the articles. 15,16,17,18,20,21 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Finally, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if he believes that the processing concerning him violates the European Regulation.
